Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end mechanical design of thermal management systems using SolidWorks and CATIA
  • Conduct FEA/CFD simulations for thermal performance optimization using ANSYS and COMSOL
  • Develop DFM/DFA documentation and collaborate with manufacturing partners for prototyping
  • Drive design improvements through DOE methodologies and root cause analysis
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for compliance with ISO 26262

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
