Responsibilities
- Design and optimize mechanical components using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development lifecycle from concept to production
- Conduct FEA/CFD simulations for stress analysis and thermal performance
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate new technologies
- Develop technical documentation including BOMs and assembly drawings
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Proven project management skills with Agile methodologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
