Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Develop and validate prototypes through FEA/CFD analysis
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams for DFM optimization
- Drive innovation in lightweight material applications
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and automotive safety standards
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, ANSYS)
- Proven track record in product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with automotive testing standards (SAE J1930)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
