Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and development of complex robotic systems and automation components.
- Perform structural and thermal FEA analysis to ensure robust performance under high-stress conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineering.
- Create detailed CAD models and technical documentation for manufacturing release.
- Manage rapid prototyping cycles to validate design iterations and performance benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal design standards and mechanical engineering processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in mechanical product design.
- Expert-level proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or NX preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and material science.
- Proven track record of taking complex electromechanical products from concept to launch.
- Familiarity with motion control systems and servo-driven actuators.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
