  • Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects using CAD/CAE tools from concept validation through prototyping and production
  • Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and thermal simulations to optimize structural integrity and performance
  • Develop detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications with GD&T compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (aerodynamics, materials, manufacturing) to integrate systems
  • Conduct design reviews and failure mode analyses to ensure reliability and safety
  • Research and implement advanced materials and manufacturing processes for weight reduction
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
