Responsibilities

- Perform FEA analysis and simulations for structural validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prototyping and testing
- Develop detailed manufacturing documentation and specifications
- Optimize designs for cost, weight, and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in mechanical design with aerospace/automotive focus
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and ASME standards
- Experience with composite materials and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record of bringing products to market
