Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a multi-shift production team to achieve daily output targets.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste.
- Manage the facility budget, including labor costs, material usage, and overhead expenses.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Develop training programs to upskill floor staff and improve operational proficiency.
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules for all critical production machinery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Experience with robotic automation or advanced CNC machining is highly desired.
