In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between design and production, ensuring seamless execution of complex manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Supply Chain) to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company quality protocols.
- Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and lead corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
