Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end manufacturing process to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.
- Design, develop, and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (OSHA) and environmental regulations across all production sites.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new products from prototype to mass production efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
