Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex process improvement projects to reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machinery and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement long-term solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on manufacturing metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a high-volume production environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Professional certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving process changes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
