Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
  • Lead root-cause analysis investigations for production bottlenecks and quality deviations using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain) to transition new products from development to mass production.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and production staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety awareness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production management.
  • Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
