Responsibilities

  • Lead Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
  • Equipment Reliability: Oversee the maintenance and reliability of production equipment, including the implementation of Predictive Maintenance strategies.
