Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic consulting projects, from problem formulation to solution implementation.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling to drive client recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align cross-functional teams on organizational goals.
- Develop and present executive-level presentations to drive buy-in from key decision-makers.
- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on technical skills and professional development.
- Identify process inefficiencies and design scalable operational frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a related senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel modeling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- PMP or similar professional certification is a plus.
