Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate high-level prototypes into scalable systems.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency and throughput in cloud environments.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines for large-scale training sets.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality and testing.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to advance our proprietary machine learning frameworks.
- Perform model monitoring and drift analysis to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production-level machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes, or AWS SageMaker).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions into cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to communicate complex data findings.
- Experience with MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
