- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical leadership for project roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong background in distributed computing (Spark, Ray, or Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between research and production.
