Responsibilities

- Manage high-throughput Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows and data interpretation using advanced platforms.
- Collaborate with bioinformatics teams to develop custom pipelines for multi-omic analysis and visualization.
- Author high-impact manuscripts for publication in top-tier scientific journals and present findings at international conferences.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of junior researchers and laboratory technicians to foster professional growth.
- Ensure all laboratory operations adhere to strict safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards (ISO/GLP).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or a closely related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in a high-growth laboratory or R&D setting.
- Proven expertise in advanced molecular cloning techniques, CRISPR gene editing, and NGS library preparation.
- Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications and a history of intellectual property contributions.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and programming languages relevant to biological data (R, Python).
