Responsibilities

- Author high-impact research papers and patent applications to secure intellectual property.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to characterize and calibrate superconducting qubit processors.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical steering for the quantum software roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field with a focus on Quantum Information.
- 5+ years of post-doctoral or industrial experience in quantum algorithm development.
- Expert-level proficiency with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and linear algebra.
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals.
