- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models in a production environment.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal ML best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research by implementing cutting-edge algorithms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into client-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade machine learning and data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps principles.
- Proven track record of shipping highly available AI-driven products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an agile startup environment.
