Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and international investment groups.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury residential properties with valuations exceeding $5M.
- Develop and execute bespoke, multi-channel marketing strategies for exclusive property listings.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and real-time data analysis to provide strategic pricing advice.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and complex closing terms with absolute precision.
- Orchestrate private showings and curated open-house events for a refined audience.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License with a documented history of compliance and ethics.
- Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience in the luxury real estate sector.
- Proven track record of closing over $25M in annual transaction volume within the last 3 years.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Deep-seated network within the South Florida legal, financial, and luxury lifestyle communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is highly preferred.
