Responsibilities
- Manage a curated portfolio of ultra-luxury residential listings in the Miami market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for high-value properties.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and international investors.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Provide expert market analysis and investment insights to discerning buyers.
- Host private, invitation-only property viewings and client networking events.
- Coordinate with legal, architectural, and interior design teams to streamline the closing process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in luxury residential real estate.
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing transactions exceeding $3M+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, executive presence.
- Advanced knowledge of the Miami luxury market and macroeconomic trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and high-end property marketing platforms.
- Ability to travel as required for global client relationship management.
