Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.

- Orchestrate bespoke marketing campaigns and high-end property showcases.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and oversee the entire escrow process.
- Network with local developers, architects, and community influencers to drive deal flow.
- Provide comprehensive advisory services on market trends and real estate investment strategies.
- Maintain compliance with state real estate regulations and internal ethics standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in luxury residential real estate sales.
- Current Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate data analysis software (e.g., Salesforce, MLS).
