You will be responsible for managing high-net-worth client relationships, overseeing bespoke marketing strategies, and closing complex multi-million dollar transactions in the vibrant South Florida market.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with HNW (High-Net-Worth) individuals and investors.
- Curate high-end property listings and coordinate professional staging and photography.
- Execute complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for high-value assets.
- Analyze market trends to provide data-backed investment advisory services to clients.
- Represent the brand at high-profile networking events and exclusive property showcases.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and post-transaction support.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential real estate.
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ annual transaction volume.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and high level of professional integrity.
- Strong understanding of Miami-Dade tax laws and luxury property regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) and digital marketing tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.
