Responsibilities
- Manage a curated portfolio of high-end listings and represent buyers in exclusive transactions.
- Conduct professional market analysis and property valuations for luxury residential assets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with HNWIs, investors, and local community influencers.
- Coordinate high-impact property showcases, private tours, and open house events.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements while ensuring seamless closing processes.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Miami real estate market trends and economic shifts.
- Collaborate with interior designers, legal counsel, and lenders to offer a concierge-level service.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate, private banking, or high-end sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished executive presence.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline of leads and convert high-ticket prospects.
- Strong negotiation skills and a meticulous eye for detail regarding contracts.
