- Utilize advanced data analytics to provide insightful market forecasts and investment advice.
- Collaborate with our in-house creative agency to develop high-impact marketing campaigns for exclusive listings.
- Represent the Vanguarde brand at prestigious international networking events and property galas.
- Oversee the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior associates on luxury market dynamics and elite sales psychology.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License with a minimum of 5 years in high-end residential sales.
- Proven track record of closing transactions exceeding $5M+ consistently.
- Extensive local market knowledge of Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of real estate contracts, financing options, and local zoning laws.
- Strong personal brand and an established network of high-net-worth contacts.
