Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture an exclusive portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and institutional clients.
- Execute end-to-end luxury property transactions, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to final closing.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide strategic pricing and investment recommendations.
- Develop bespoke marketing strategies for premium listings, including high-end staging and cinematic digital storytelling.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements with precision to maximize client value and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with a global referral network to attract international buyers to the Miami market.
- Stay ahead of market trends, zoning changes, and luxury development pipelines.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License with a verifiable history of success.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically within the luxury residential sector ($2M+ transactions).
- Documented track record of exceeding $15M in annual sales volume.
- Exceptional interpersonal and high-stakes negotiation skills.
- Mastery of modern CRM platforms and luxury digital marketing tools.
- Deep geographic knowledge of the Miami metropolitan area and its affluent sub-markets.
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is highly advantageous.
