Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in global supply chain operations, including international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
  • Strong command of supply chain software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and advanced analytical tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
