Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Proven track record of managing cross-border logistics and customs compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
