Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of multi-modal transportation networks and cross-border logistics operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% order accuracy and minimize carrying costs
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in logistics automation and IoT integration
- Develop cost-effective solutions for customs clearance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Manage relationships with key logistics partners (carriers, 3PLs, port authorities)
- Implement sustainability initiatives in carbon-neutral logistics practices
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and KPI monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in logistics management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in APAC regional logistics networks and Singapore's port ecosystem
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder)
- Advanced certification in CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for cross-border operations
- Track record of reducing logistics costs by 15-20% through process innovation
