Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement logistics optimization strategies reducing costs by 15-20% annually
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs authorities across 12+ countries
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing IoT tracking and predictive analytics
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's trade regulations and international transport standards
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor a team of 8 logistics professionals through performance development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive logistics experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (Blue Yonder, TMS)
- Proven track record optimizing multi-modal transportation networks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
