Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for 50+ international clients across 12 countries
- Optimize freight routing and warehouse management through AI-powered analytics platform
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in procurement, customs, and distribution
- Develop contingency plans for disruptions, reducing delivery delays by 40%
- Drive sustainability initiatives, achieving 25% carbon reduction in transport networks
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic partnerships and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in APAC customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Proven track record implementing WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process optimization credentials
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience managing $10M+ annual logistics budgets
