Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize regional distribution networks.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety compliance and maximum throughput efficiency.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to exceed KPIs regarding lead times and inventory accuracy.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL partners and domestic carriers to negotiate favorable freight rates.
- Implement advanced inventory management software and automation tools to reduce overhead costs.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and prepare actionable quarterly reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure full adherence to all international and domestic shipping regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain leadership.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site distribution teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or APICS (CSCP/CLTD) is highly preferred.
