Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including air, sea, and land freight coordination
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining service excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery
- Optimize logistics technology platforms (WMS/TMS) to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and carriers
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in multi-modal transportation and warehousing systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment and APAC logistics landscape
