Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including air/sea freight coordination, customs brokerage, and last-mile delivery across 15+ Asian markets
- Implement and manage WMS/TMS systems to achieve 30% reduction in processing time
- Lead cross-functional teams of 25+ logistics specialists, driving performance through KPI-based dashboards
- Develop cost-reduction strategies targeting 15% savings in transportation spend annually
- Ensure compliance with Singapore PSA, Singapore Customs, and international trade regulations
- Forge strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and freight forwarders for capacity optimization
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions and natural disaster contingencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in logistics operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Certified in APICS CSCP or CSCMP preferred
- Expertise in Singapore's port operations and ASEAN trade regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP EWM, Oracle Transportation Management, and Power BI analytics
- Proven track record implementing lean Six Sigma methodologies in logistics contexts
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with multinational corporations
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
