- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing cost, speed, and sustainability across air, sea, and land freight operations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals in warehouse management, customs brokerage, and inventory control
- Develop predictive analytics models using SAP EWM and Power BI to reduce transit times by 30%
- Negotiate multimillion-dollar contracts with Maersk, DHL, and regional logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with Singapore PSA, Singapore Customs, and ASEAN trade regulations
- Oversee P&L management for $50M+ logistics portfolio with 15% annual growth targets
- Drive digital transformation through IoT warehouse automation and blockchain-based tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in logistics management with 5+ years in APAC markets
- Expertise in SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, and TMS platforms with measurable efficiency improvements
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 20%+ through process re-engineering
- Certified in APICS CSCP or CSCMP with strong knowledge of Singapore's Free Trade Zones
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in KPI optimization (OTIF, inventory turnover, freight spend)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin for regional stakeholder engagement
