Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery across 5 key ASEAN markets
- Implement predictive analytics to optimize inventory turnover and reduce logistics costs by 15%+ quarterly
- Lead cross-functional teams in digital transformation initiatives, including IoT sensor deployment and route automation
- Develop sustainable logistics solutions aligning with Singapore's Green Plan 2030 targets
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships and contract negotiations with shipping lines and 3PL providers
- Ensure 99.9% on-time delivery performance through real-time monitoring and contingency protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business with 8+ years in senior operations roles
- Certified in APICS-SCCPM and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Proven expertise in customs clearance for ASEAN trade lanes and Singapore's Portnet system
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-border logistics during market disruptions (COVID-19, trade wars)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for multi-million dollar operations
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required for regional stakeholder engagement
