Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while improving service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and cultivate relationships with 3PL partners and international freight forwarders.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize route planning efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate new automation technologies into existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse operations and multi-site distribution networks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
