Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery across 5 APAC markets
- Develop and implement cost-optimization strategies reducing logistics expenses by 15% annually
- Lead digital transformation projects integrating IoT and AI into logistics workflows
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PL partners and negotiate service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and natural disaster contingencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in SAP or Oracle logistics modules and TMS/WMS platforms
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Deep knowledge of APAC customs regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Fluency in English with business-level Mandarin highly advantageous
