Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain workflows, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and analysts to foster a culture of high performance.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute data-driven corrective actions.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate freight contracts to optimize shipping expenditures.
- Ensure full compliance with national and international logistics regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to align logistics capacity with market demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of scaling logistics networks and managing large-scale distribution projects.
- Expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
- Professional certification (APICS, CLTD, or CSCP) is highly preferred.
