Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and distribution network optimization
- Lead digital transformation initiatives implementing WMS/TMS technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop strategic partnerships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs brokers to reduce costs and improve service levels
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, cost per unit) to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Manage cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation specialists
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards (ISO 9001, IATA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in logistics operations with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise in international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and cross-border trade compliance
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP TM, Oracle WMS, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making using Power BI/Tableau
- Certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt or CPIM highly advantageous
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency considered a significant asset
