Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement cost-effective logistics strategies using TMS/WMS platforms
- Manage cross-functional teams (procurement, customs, transport) to achieve SLA targets
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining 99.5% order fulfillment accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement projects reducing logistics costs by 15% annually
- Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and safety standards (ISO 14001)
- Build strategic partnerships with carriers, ports, and 3PL providers
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics operations management
- Proven expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and optimization (SAP, Oracle)
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP strongly preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; other European languages valuable
- Deep knowledge of EU customs regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
- Experience managing budgets exceeding €5M annually
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
