Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and execute strategic logistics plans to reduce costs by 15% while improving delivery accuracy
- Lead digital transformation initiatives implementing IoT and AI-powered logistics solutions
- Manage relationships with key vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners across 5+ countries
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint by 20% through route optimization
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-modal transportation networks
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS/WMS platforms
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics data visualization tools
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across APAC region
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
