Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and last-mile delivery networks
- Optimize supply chain processes using data analytics and ERP systems (SAP/JDA)
- Manage 3PL relationships and negotiate vendor contracts for cost reduction
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean logistics methodologies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon-neutral transport solutions
- Mentor junior logistics professionals and conduct process improvement workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Expertise in warehouse automation and TMS/WMS implementation
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 15-20%
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
