Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize multi-modal transportation networks across SEA markets
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse management and inventory control systems
- Implement sustainable logistics practices to reduce carbon footprint by 30%
- Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and 3PL providers
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage compliance with international trade regulations (ASEAN, WTO)
- Oversee crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics operations management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics data modeling
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional operations
- Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals
