Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation networks
- Optimize logistics costs by 15-20% annually through route optimization and carrier negotiations
- Implement sustainable logistics practices including carbon-neutral shipping solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and WMS implementation
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical risks
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover) and present strategic insights to C-suite
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including customs authorities and 3PL providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC operations
- Certified in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt
- Expertise in customs compliance, Incoterms 2020, and cross-border trade regulations
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Oracle TMS)
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
