Responsibilities
- Oversee international logistics operations including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement cost-effective transportation strategies across air, sea, and land networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Optimize warehouse layouts and implement lean inventory management systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean customs regulations and international trade laws
- Lead digital transformation projects using IoT and AI in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of progressive logistics experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Expertise in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics data modeling
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC operations)
- Experience managing cross-border e-commerce logistics
