Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive logistics strategies optimizing transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams including procurement, inventory control, and 3PL partners
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive digital transformation through ERP/WMS system implementations
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment and SLA adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven expertise in transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse automation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover)
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP highly valued
- Demonstrated success in cross-border logistics and customs compliance
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing 10+ person teams
