Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain networks for 15+ regional markets
- Lead digital transformation of logistics operations using IoT and AI-driven platforms
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PL partners and negotiate service-level agreements
- Implement cost-reduction strategies targeting 15% annual savings
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory frameworks and international trade laws
- Develop KPI dashboards tracking delivery accuracy, inventory turnover, and carbon emissions
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics management with APAC exposure
- Expertise in customs brokerage and cross-border regulatory compliance
- Proven track record optimizing multimodal transportation networks
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CILT) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
