Responsibilities
- Oversee international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery networks
- Optimize warehouse operations through lean methodologies and automation
- Develop strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers
- Implement predictive analytics for demand forecasting and inventory management
- Lead cross-functional teams in crisis management and contingency planning
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction
- Manage multimodal transportation (air, sea, rail, road) across ASEAN
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified in SCPro or CSCP from APICS
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Strong understanding of ASEAN trade regulations and customs procedures
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one regional language
