Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution across Singapore and regional markets
- Optimize logistics networks using data analytics to reduce costs by 15-20% annually
- Manage strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and freight forwarders
- Implement digital transformation initiatives in WMS/TMS systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve SLA compliance and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint by 25% within 18 months
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Proven track record optimizing supply chains in Singapore or similar high-volume logistics hubs
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics KPI optimization
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD) highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional stakeholder management
- Experience with customs regulations for Singapore/ASEAN trade lanes
