Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multi-modal transportation networks
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% fulfillment accuracy
- Lead digital transformation projects including IoT-enabled warehouse automation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders (sea/air/land)
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's customs regulations and international trade laws
- Analyze logistics KPIs and develop actionable improvement plans
- Mentor logistics team members and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ in management
- APICS/CLTD or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and optimization
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Strong understanding of ASEAN trade regulations and customs procedures
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
